For general visitors who enjoy coffee
- Start with roasteries: review the official MARINE BEANS and ROASTING TOWN programme menus and exhibitor list. Ask each booth about tastings and activity conditions.
- Compare products: choose a focus—beans, roasting approaches or café products—rather than expecting every stand to offer a visitor experience.
- Before entering: check the organiser’s floor plan and exhibitors. Free samples, gifts and foreign-language service are not guaranteed.
When it is worth your time
- A fair can give a coffee enthusiast a different experience from a cafe stop: comparing beans, roasteries and products in one place
- If you simply want a drink and somewhere to rest, an actual cafe may suit you better.
Not an unlimited tasting festival
Some stands may focus on equipment or wholesale supply. Look at exhibitors before choosing consumer-facing stands, and do not assume admission includes free drinks or every activity.
Separate registration from purchases
Ask about a usable foreign-phone registration route beforehand. Keep receipts for anything you buy and check packing and travel restrictions separately. Buyer concessions are not the same as free admission for tourists.
A riverside option after the show
- APEC Naru Park (APEC나루공원): consider a walk by the Suyeonggang River after the BEXCO/Centum area. It is a separate destination, not part of the exhibition building; check your route.
- Suggested order: the show → food or a break → the park if you have energy. Skip the walk in rain or after a tiring exhibition visit.
